Proven AI-native software development experience with the ability to leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini) to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high code quality, security, and engineering standards. Experience with software quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, debugging, and test automation to ensure reliable and maintainable applications. Experience developing e-commerce, CMS, or customer-facing web applications using platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, or custom-built solutions is an advantage. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers, document technical solutions, and collaborate with distributed teams. Work hours 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Position Summary

We are seeking an AI-Native Full-Stack Software Engineer with 2–3 years of professional experience to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern technologies and AI-assisted software engineering practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with the effective use of AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, automate repetitive tasks, generate documentation, create test cases, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software with shorter development cycles. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated solutions before production deployment.

This position offers the opportunity to build AI-powered cloud, insurance, real estate, and SaaS applications for customers in the United States while working in an AI-first engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL.

• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable RESTful APIs and modern responsive user interfaces.

• Design and optimize relational databases and integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and AI services.

• Develop containerized applications using Docker and support Kubernetes-based deployments.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps practices.

• Collaborate closely with Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available applications.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives while following engineering best practices.

• Leverage AI development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Windsurf) throughout the software development lifecycle to:

  • Accelerate software development

  • Generate and optimize production-quality code

  • Create unit and integration tests

  • Generate API documentation and technical specifications

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications

  • Refactor and improve existing code

  • Generate SQL queries and database scripts

  • Create automation scripts and developer tools

  • Improve application performance and security

• Evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and compliance with engineering standards.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, software engineering best practices, and modern development frameworks, and actively recommend improvements to engineering processes.
