Experience:
B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic) candidates will be given preference
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant IT experience
Candidates with experience in IT support, network administration, surveillance systems, Aparajeyo-Bangladesh Website Maintenance and ICT asset management will be preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in:
Microsoft 365 administration
Windows 11, Adobe, and AutoCAD licensing
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English
Proficient Bangla and English typing (Bangla typing expertise required)
Strong computer operating skills and familiarity with modern ICT hardware and software
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
Ability and willingness to travel frequently

The IT Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and development of the organization’s ICT infrastructure. The role includes IT helpdesk support, network and system administration, website maintenance, user support, and coordination with vendors to ensure effective use of ICT resources across Head Office, Polytechnic Institutes, and Regional Offices.
Job Summary:
Maintain and regularly update the organizational website
Perform basic development tasks and technical problem-solving using appropriate programming languages
Provide IT helpdesk support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment
Support and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and internet connectivity
Manage and support Active Directory (AD), domain controllers, user accounts, group policies, and system patch updates
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint), including user configuration and licensing
Provide remote IT support to branch offices and monitor network performance
Ensure data backup, cloud storage management, and data restoration without data loss
Ensure endpoint protection, virus-free network, and system security
Support audio-visual conferencing systems and troubleshoot related issues
Assist in ICT procurement, vendor coordination, asset management, and inventory documentation
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintain ICT registers (asset, incident, software, MIS, etc.)
Provide basic design support using Adobe Photoshop (banners, posters, social media content)
Train and orient staff on day-to-day use of hardware and software
Use AI-based tools for official and technical tasks when required
Perform any other duties assigned by the management
