• The candidate must speak English fluently.
• Have a good negotiation skill and negotiate with the customers and overseas worker when necessary.
• The candidate must also write and comprehend English efficiently and with accuracy.
• Experience in USA based property preservation or client management or vendor management will be considered as an advantage.

Vendor Manager/Client Manager/Property Preservation Work Order Processor.

Shift: Night Shift ONLY(9:00pm to 6:00am -Total 1 hour Break time)

Context:

Sky It Solutions is a property management -outsourcing company serving asset management in the USA. In operation for over six years, we are continuing to expand our team to support our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule the projects and update to the client for every hours.

• Contact customers and overseas worker to solve any issues to on-time.

• Be a quick responder and multitasker, be able to talk and take note, checking emails and suggesting the customers and overseas worker on call.
