Responsibilities & Context:
Shift: Night Shift ONLY(9:00pm to 6:00am -Total 1 hour Break time)
Context: Sky It Solutions is a property management -outsourcing company serving asset management in the USA. In operation for over six years, we are continuing to expand our team to support our clients.
Responsibilities:
Schedule the projects and update to the client for every hours.
Contact customers and overseas worker to solve any issues to on-time.
Be a quick responder and multitasker, be able to talk and take note, checking emails and suggesting the customers and overseas worker on call.
