Responsibilities & Context:
Addressing customer inquiries and technical issues promptly.
Maintaining communication with clients through email, phone calls and on-site technical assistance.
Install, Configure and Maintain Routers (Cisco, Juniper), ONUs/OLTs, Switches and Mikrotik devices for retail clients.
Provide Remote Support & Conduct field visits of resellers.
Troubleshoot Network issues, ensure service uptime and document per resolutions.
Configure & Manage PPPoE/Radius configuration, VLAN setups, user authentication & bandwidth control.
Support Network Monitoring and routine maintenance for both core and access network
Co-ordinate with NTTN vendor for link installation, troubleshooting and technical support.
ISP Billing Software Management work such as add & configure customer device, accounts, packages. Ticketing, generating invoices, monitoring customer billing cycle & Customer payment.
Willing and Capable of fulfilling roster duty obligations.
