Experience:
Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant skills may be considered without strict academic requirements.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) are an advantage but not required.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing-SEM (like Google, Bing etc.) and Social Media Marketing-SMM (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.).
Experience in campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.· Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other paid social channels.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions/optimization skills using tools (such as Google Analytics).
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must know Server-Side Tracking and Browser-Side Tracking.
Experience with Meta Pixel setup and Conversion API.
Ability to setup event tracking properly.
Experience in eCommerce marketing preferred.
Highly Valued Skills:
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience targeting strategies.
Familiarity with additional marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or marketing automation platforms.
Ability in content creation Graphics/Photo and Basic Video Editing.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
Responsible for planning, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms.
Develop data-driven strategies through keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Optimize campaigns to maximize leads, conversions, sales, and overall return on investment (ROI).
Execute A/B testing and implement scaling strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Set up and manage retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
Continuously refine campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
