Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, captions, reels, and stories)
Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions promptly
Run and manage paid advertising campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content creation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Experience in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management
Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus
Good communication and time management skills
