Responsibilities & Context:
IT support for remote office users, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, software, and network services.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Support LAN/WAN connectivity and assist with basic network troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
Perform network configuration updates, firmware upgrades, and routine maintenance.
Monitor network performance using tools like OpManager, AppManager, NetFlow, and Cacti.
Apply system updates, security patches, and configuration changes on Windows and Linux systems.
Perform scheduled backups of system configurations and network device settings.
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other office security systems.
Manage and update support tickets accurately in the IT ticketing system.
Collaborate with IT teams during system upgrades and technology deployments.
Support administration of collaboration tools such as Exchange, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications.
Maintain accurate documentation for hardware, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
