∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement industry, Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Cement Manufacture business and present market scenario.
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Drive new ways to increase sales and productivity in the region.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
