Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
∎ Define maintenance SOP and key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their achievement.
∎ Ensure that all maintenance activities align with production goals and organizational priorities.
∎ Introduce predictive maintenance tools and techniques to identify potential issues before they result in downtime.
∎ Monitor the performance of machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
∎ Manage the repair and replacement of machinery components as needed.
∎ Maintain an updated inventory of spare parts and consumables to prevent disruptions to operations.
∎ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
∎ Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs without compromising quality or safety.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards related to maintenance activities.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment efficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.
∎ Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements for regulatory audits and certifications.
∎ A renowned 100% export-oriented knit composite company in the country is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly capable professional for the position of General Manager-Maintenance for the Garments Division located in Gazipur.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
