Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall Industrial Engineering functions of a highly sophisticated garments factory.
∎ Develop and implement Industrial Engineering strategies and plans for the factory to ensure efficient and effective production of garments.
∎ Collaborate with other departments within the company, including design, production, marketing, Supply Chain, and sales, to ensure that all teams are working towards a common goal of producing high-quality garments in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Manage and lead a team of Industrial Engineers and provide direction and guidance to ensure that all engineering functions are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Conduct research and analysis to identify areas where improvements can be made in production processes, equipment, and materials, and develop and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans for Industrial Engineering functions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and innovations in the field of Industrial Engineering, and incorporate them into the company's operations to ensure that the company remains competitive.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A very good knowledge of IE-functions related to RMG industries is a must
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge of all technical aspects related to garments production and quality etc.
∎ Must be familiar with the current happenings in RMG related IE
∎ Must know the steps of modern order execution
∎ A solid knowledge of globally accepted Quality Standard is a must
∎ Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken, is essential
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS Office
