Excellent communication and negotiation skills is mandatory.

Presently we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead our Chittagong office.
The successful candidate will oversee all port-related activities, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and efficiency in handling export & Import cargo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire customs clearance team to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant clearance of shipments (import & export).
- Solid knowledge of Port, Customs, HS code, Customs Tarriff and duty structure for Import and Export cargo
- Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, Customs official, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and develop the port operations team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
