Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the HR and Administration Department, including annual planning of HR and administrative activities.
· Supervise and monitor all HR-related activities, including job analysis, manpower planning, talent acquisition (CV sourcing to on boarding).
· Manage performance appraisal processes, performance improvement plans, and talent development.
· Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations and keeps policies and procedures up to date.
· Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs.
· Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development.
· Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
· Implement strategies to enhance employee performances, engagement and retention.
· Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively.
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization`s goals and objectives.
· Arrange and conduct training programs such as orientation and soft skill training.
· Update company policies, Code of Conduct, worker handbook, training policy, and workplace rules.
