Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Human Resource Management. Post Graduate Diploma in HRM is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Department: Human Resources Development & Management (HRD&M) Department
∎ Duration: 02 years. Contract may be extended further based on organizational requirement and Management decision.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility #1: Recruitment Operations:
∎ Meet departmental staffing requirements through fair and transparent recruitment and staff transition processes aligned with prescribed global and country office procedures and systems
∎ Contribute to workforce planning exercises across the organization, and maintain workforce gender balance and diversity.
∎ Use various networks to attract talent and use structured recruitment procedures and testing tools, including head-hunting to onboard staff with high potential.
∎ Oversee full recruitment cycle in terms of pre and post onboarding exercises, such as compensation discussions, ensure adequate staffing budget availability, oversee the e-recruitment system and handle conflict of interest in recruitment processes. Identify gaps and provide recommendations to further develop recruitment and selection processes.
∎ Liaise with Asia Regional Management Unit (ARMU) and CARE USA for International Staff recruitment.

∎ Generalist experience in HR functional areas
∎ Analytical Skills

∎ Negotiation and Influencing Skills
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work effectively in teams through developing team through coaching and mentoring and contributing to team success.
∎ Act as a role model for staff by upholding organizational values.
∎ Customer focus.
∎ Ability to building partnership across work units.
∎ Coaching and Counseling Skills
∎ Ability to facilitate change and promote new learning.
∎ Ability to ensure and promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
