Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/PGD in Human Resources Management is preferrable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Engineering Firms, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR & Admin related activities.
∎ Monitoring disciplinary procedure and follow the legal task as per labor Bangladeshi labor law.
∎ Oversee HR & admin day-to-day operations.
∎ Monitor central office admin teams' activities and introduce effective office stationary distribution & purchase procedure.
∎ Maintain liaison with various agencies (Govt. and non govt. offices) as and when as required.
∎ Develop and monitor vehicle management team, due to minimize the movement of transport in and out in a cost effective manner.
∎ Assist Management in HR & Admin development, Planning Implementation.
∎ Salary Administration & Employee Benefit: Maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, embellishment, taxes, and other deductions.
∎ Ensure availability of effective devices/tools to Managers for selection and placement of suitable persons in the job positions to increase job efficiency.
∎ Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation & training programs.
∎ Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Able to visit frequently to the factory and projects.
∎ Capable for any others task assigned by the management.
