Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any reputed university
∎ (Candidates having strong relevant professional experience in educational institute shall only be considered as exceptional)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively involve in initial organizational Transformation and Automation process along with Top Management and implement the same.
∎ Responsible to restructure, rehiring and determine optimum manpower for the institution.
∎ Draft, finalize and sign off appointment letter, agreement and code of conduct for all employees of the institution and make them accountable to follow.
∎ Formulate and implement all HR policies as appropriate in aligned with Sr. GM & Top Management.
∎ Finalize and implement Standard Operating Procedure-SOP for each department as standard set by the Top Management.
∎ Handle grievance procedure in accordance with prevailing labor law and improve the institution practice.
∎ Responsible to ensure implementation of all activities to maintain full compliance as per the standard.
∎ Drive to implement effective Staff Evaluation System and make employee accountable for performance.
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staffs to act on accordingly.
∎ Responsible to minimize admin and logistics cost aligned with budget and optimize the entire HR, Admin & Logistics department.
∎ Recommend Top Management for Standard HR practices to meet the gap between existing system and Top Management expectation.
∎ Conduct and drive for In-House and external training to develop the institution staffs to meet industry standard.
∎ Prepare & submit daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly HR, Admin & Logistics report to Top Management to achieve operational excellence.
∎ Any others tasks relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 years relevant experience in HR, Admin & Logistics areas. Candidates who have experience in Organizational Transformation & restructuring process shall get the preference.
∎ Only defense people (Ex Army) are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have the computer literacy specially in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
∎ Strong ability to manage situation and handling troubles.
∎ Strong Analytical and presentation skill.
∎ Shall be ready to travel every month as per the business requirement.
∎ Must have positive attitude and goal oriented.
∎ Strong People Management, Interpersonal skill and Managerial capability.

Salary: Negotiable
