Educational Requirements:
∎ CA/ICMA professional degree holder (partly qualified candidate can also apply)
∎ (Candidates having strong relevant professional experience in educational institute shall only be considered as exceptional)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively involve in initial organizational Transformation and Automation process along with Top Management and implement the same.
∎ Responsible to set next 5 years Finance, Accounts & Audit Plan along with Sr. GM and implement the approved plan by Top Management.
∎ Set Yearly Branch target along with budget with Sr. GM and approve the same by Top Management.
∎ Establish a standard accounting procedure wherein everything will be transparent and system oriented.
∎ Ensure every single cash collection is properly recorded as per the set Accounting method.
∎ Ensure every cash collection is properly deposited via authorized and approved pay channel and no cash collection is missing.
∎ Responsible to make each Accountant and book seller in the branch accountable to send daily report of all transactions.
∎ Lead the team (All Accountant and book seller) in most effective ways to achieve the yearly target.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly finance, accounts and audit report and compare the same with target achievement.
∎ Responsible to establish and maintain a standard Inventory system and make branch manager accountable for misuse and pilferage of any asset.
∎ Recommend Top Management to meet the gap between present revenue and planned revenue.
∎ Responsible to introduce surprise audit (both internal & external) in each branch to find any deviation.
∎ Any others tasks relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 years relevant experience in finance, accounts & audit areas. Candidates who have experience in Organizational Transformation & Automation process shall get the preference.
∎ Must have the computer literacy specially in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
∎ Strong Analytical and presentation skill.
∎ Shall be ready to travel every month as per the business requirement.
∎ Must have accounting software literacy and system oriented.
∎ Strong People Management, Interpersonal skill and Managerial capability.
