Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing human resources operational, functions such as recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling, & disciplining staff planning, monitoring and performance appraisals
∎ Creating and implementing HR strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain talents.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, and Grievance Handling etc.
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law.
∎ Coordinating the legal affairs issues of the company and ensuring that all related matters are processed on time.
∎ Address employee related issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures at per law.
∎ To recruit of right talent and also be responsible to manage budgeted carder.
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring that the units are ready to face the Social Compliance audit and attending the Audits as and when required.

∎ Understanding the yearly manpower requirement throughout the group and preparing manpower planning accordingly.
∎ Communicate with Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company / Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization;
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ The Candidate must have minimum 5 years’ experience as a head of HR in a manufacturing / Local Corporate/ Multinational Company.

Salary: Negotiable
