Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA or Engineering in related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Accessories Production., Garments Screen Printing in Auto Machine and Manual Table.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced personnel who can develop & maintain whole production process of our factory (Rising Fashion Accessories ltd. a sister concern of Rising Group.
∎ Job Location: Nayadingi (Dhaka-Aricha highway), Saturia, Manikganj, (7/8 km from Dhamrai).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Floor management through balancing of machine and skill personal in operation.
∎ Develop sample as per requirement and bulk production with same harmony.
∎ To ensure the delivery of goods within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Coordinate with concern departments and follow up with top management .
∎ Monitor production and quality and report though MIS .
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Wastage reduction through work process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good computer skills in Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Power Point, Internet & e-mail, etc.
∎ Must have practical experience in related field.
∎ Must have experience at large group of garments industry.
Salary: Negotiable
