∎ Job Description:
∎ 1. Oversee the entire garment production process from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery.
∎ 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency and maximize profitability.
∎ 3. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and compliance with all relevant regulations and industry certifications.
∎ 4. Manage and coordinate with various departments including production, quality control, sourcing, logistics, and HR to achieve production targets.
∎ 5. Lead and mentor a diverse team of production staff, supervisors, and managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
∎ 6. Monitor production schedules and workflows to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
∎ 7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to support business growth and expansion.
∎ 8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance workplace safety, employee welfare, and environmental sustainability.
∎ 9. Analyze production data, financial reports, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
∎ 10. Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to remain competitive in the global market.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ 1. Graduation / MBA in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduation with Six Sigma Black Belt holder.
∎ 2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing,
∎ 3. In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, techniques, and best practices.
∎ 4. Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change.
∎ 5. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ 6. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
