Administration, Business Development, Factory Administration, GARMENT COSTING, Garments Industry, Garments Manufacturing, Project Management, supply chain management, Sweater production, Tshirt Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Sweater Industry, Trading or Export/Import, Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for factory operation and operational management.
∎ Provide full spectrum of administrative functions including responsible for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production targets with buyer required quality standard
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on time shipment
∎ Coordinate all department for a smooth manufacturing Process and achieve maximum production by the lowest cost
∎ To lead, supervise, review, recommend and implement policies & operational procedures to meet with the Company’s development needs and to ensure compliance of corporate policies.
∎ Take all kinds of decisions regarding salary and recruitment
∎ Should be well conversant in Bangladesh labor law and maintain Protocol and Public Relationship.
∎ Maintain liaison with local law enforcing agencies, administration, and local authority.
∎ Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
∎ Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
Salary: Negotiable
