Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compliance Related:
∎ To Effectively Manage, Motivate & lead the group Compliance Team.
∎ The ideal candidate will have about 12-15 years of relevant experience R.M.G Sector. Candidate should have a good exposure to face compliance audits by local and international monitoring firms (BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD etc) and buyers.
∎ The candidate should be well conversant with local labor laws, social compliance, C-TPAT, technical & environmental compliance and Alliance-Accord Standards. He is expected to look after the labor issues in line with existing labor law and other government regulations as well as the Code of Conduct (C.O.C) of different international buyers. He will co-ordinate with buyer representatives/auditor's visit in the factory from time to time.
∎ To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues. Support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit.
∎ To consult with top Management with regard to deciding priorities. Work as a member of the compliance team in regularly inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and suggesting measures for their rectification.
∎ HR Related:
∎ HR Role: Develop, establish, review and update HR and administrative policies, practices and procedure as per company guide line for facilitating the desired HR changes and improvement
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services
∎ Must have knowledge about all methods of appraisal system and ensure the effective implementation in organization.
∎ Prepare different advertisements for different positions and arrange publishing on newspaper and online, review recruitment policy, conduct interview, selection and hiring process and conduct exit interview to identify reasons of employee turnover.
∎ Sound knowledge to HRIS.
∎ Monitor company payroll and TAX to ensure salary, wages and attendance system properly.
∎ Ensure the implementation of standard performance evaluation process to measure employees performance yearly basis, Prepare Role Clarifications of employees.
∎ Initiate training & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organization.
∎ Ensure the execution of talent Management and Employee relation activities to build up real healthy work environment at workplace. Oversee and revise compensation and Benefits of employees time to time
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Admin Role:
∎ Develop strong Administration System and conceal all gaps to enhance Efficiency.
∎ Monitor administrative, Transport, Security & overall logistics issues.
∎ Taking care of projects administrative roles and implement those with proper actions.
∎ Any activities assigned by the Management.
