Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates the suitability of the skills and personality/talent level of his subordinates for his current position and reports it to his manager.
∎ Delegates targets to the employees/teams about the works to be done, determines priorities, explains what is expected from the employees and teams together with the company values.
∎ Mentors his subordinates in achieving the department targets which are aligned with the corporate targets.
∎ Makes performance and technical competency evaluations and gives feedback to his subordinates about his competency and performance.
∎ Gives the necessary warning to his subordinates who do not comply with the company values, do not make the necessary effort for development and do not try to achieve the targets despite the guidance.
∎ Makes work plans in order to achieve the targets of the product group under his responsibility.
∎ Follows up the application process of the plans, checks the critical stages, compares what is necessary with the current situation, gives feedback to his subordinates about the performance.
∎ Mentors his subordinates in overcoming the emerging barriers, solving the problems and achieving the targets.
∎ Mentors the relevant technical team on the technical problems detected before the technical revisions of the ordered products in the technical sheet are sent to supplier.
∎ Evaluates the suitability of style-fabric-sewing-accessory and auxiliary material at the technical meetings stage.
∎ Predicts the technical risks which may arise in the production at the technical meeting and offers solutions.
∎ Makes sure that the style drawing and technical details are understood and found suitable in the technical sheet.
∎ Makes technical controls of the samples coming from suppliers in the product groups under his responsibility and holds fit session meetings for them.
∎ Checks the fit quality, comfort, proportion, production technique, fabric quality and measurement standards of the garment during the fit session and gives technical approval.
∎ If a change is made on the style after the Technical Meeting, he predicts the technical problems that these changes may cause in the production and makes sure that the necessary measures are taken.
∎ Prepares the criticisms on the fit session samples in full and in a technically understandable way on the system and terminates the fit session request.
∎ Expresses technical opinion to Buyer when Buyer cannot make a decision in the Commercial Decision Process.
∎ Does research on the new alternatives to the garment techniques, works with Product Development Technologist in the projects which will contribute to reducing the costs and makes sure that the project results are applied.
∎ Prepares training content on technical issues in line with the determined training needs, gives technical training to Garment Technology, Design, Buying Teams, suppliers.
∎ Takes part in the in-company projects, process improvement and development works with the guidance of his manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Worked experience from buying house with similar position.
∎ Good Moral character, good educational background
∎ Dedicated to the job, she will work for the best interest of the company
∎ Have work in the same field of sample approval and its process and procedure
∎ Knowledge to check pattern,
∎ Hard working person and Responsible enough to work outside working hours to finish the urgent approvals.
