• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Hands-on technical experience in the sample room or buying house

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and quality processes

• Ability to work independently and make decisions on all technical issues related to the sample process and fitting

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Handle garment sample approvals for all stages before bulk shipments, including PPS samples, and production samples

• Check and approve the Inspection File

• Provide technical support throughout the sample process, from technical sketch to final approval of the seal sample

• Evaluate samples by reviewing construction, measurements, workmanship, and knit structure (for Sweaters)

• Conduct fitting reviews using dummy models, take defect photos, and prepare comments for bulk production follow-up

• Communicate with customers and vendors during the sample process to achieve the best quality and fit, offering solutions for fitting issues

• Prepare detailed technical comments and review potential callouts in advance to guide vendors and factories in meeting bulk production requirements

• Approve grading patterns for all prints/embroidery and ensure matching requirements are met

• Address and resolve all technical issues related to garments; sweater expertise will be an added advantage

• Efficiently manage the lead time for the approval process

• Collaborate with merchandising teams and vendors/factories to resolve technical problems effectively

• Visit factory to check the current production in collaboration with the QC team.
