Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC,CSE,ETE or IT related discipline
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Database design, Database Optimization, HTML5 & CSS3, jquary, MySQL and MVC framework, PHP (OOP)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Software Architec, Agile methodology, Apache, API Development, API Integration, Laravel Framework, Linux server, MVC Framework, REST API, Windows Server
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending client meetings and acquiring, analyzing, documenting requirements and deliverables
∎ Developing software requirement specification documents
∎ Developing project documents, documentation, flowcharts, wireframes, layouts, charts etc.
∎ Test driven project development
∎ Design, code, test and implement according to software design specifications following standard coding styles and practice
∎ Database development with performance and cost effectiveness
∎ API Integration with different platforms
∎ Developing REST full API in PHP to assist mobile application development and other third-party integration
∎ Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes
∎ Representing projects to clients and office managements
∎ Deploy projects to different environments such as CPanel based shared hosts, linux or windows based dedicated servers
∎ Work with client's server-end to assist in setting up server environment, solving server issues related to deployed projects
∎ Work with co-workers in version control systems like local SVN servers, Git platforms such as github, gitlab etc.
∎ Participate in code/ design reviews after investigating current software development projects
∎ Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge sharing
∎ Good in English speaking and writing
∎ Maintain good communication and relation with coworkers
∎ Familiar and practiced with reporting such as daily task emailing, weekly reporting etc.
∎ Dedicated to work under pressure
∎ Dedicated to work with less or no supervision
∎ Interested in learning new technologies
∎ Interested in developing existing skills
∎ Formal and polite and helpful and maintains happy attitude
∎ Should be strong to maintain the balance between personal and professional life
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in both PHP 5.6+ and PHP 7+, MySQL 8+, PDO
∎ Experienced in Project deployment on servers
∎ Experienced in caching technologies such as Memcached etc.
∎ Experienced in PHP-based web application development such as management systems, websites, CMS etc.
∎ Skills in MVC based PHP framework such as Laravel, CodeIgniter is advantage
∎ Experienced with JSON and XML data representation and manipulation
∎ Should have solid understanding on MVC pattern
∎ Applicant must have excellent knowledge on modern Web front-end Technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX etc.
∎ Experienced in react, node, angular JS is advantage but not required
∎ Clear understanding of OOP & design patterns in PHP
∎ Must be experienced with RDBMS such as MySQL, MariaDB etc.
∎ Must have hands on SQL query writing skill for complex business requirements
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Attend client meeting
∎ Leading and managing project development from scratch to deployment
∎ Must be able to work individually and with team
∎ Experienced with setting up own environment and simple troubleshooting
∎ Applicant should have medium level of expertise with these solutions: Word processing such as MS Word, Presentation software such as MS power point, Spreadsheets such as MS Excel, google sheet etc., Drive storage such google drive, one drive, mega etc., Diagraming & wireframing tool such as Draw.io, Trello boards, Slack, Git tools such as tortoise git, SVN tool such tortoise SVN, Github, Gitlab, Online meeting tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Whatsapp etc., Screen recording such as loom etc.
∎ Applicant should have basic level of expertise with these solutions: Adobe photoshop to work with PSDs

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
