Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers to develop high-quality web applications.
∎ Build and maintain the front-end of our web applications using modern web development frameworks such as React and Node.js
∎ Develop and maintain the back-end of our web applications using Node.js and MongoDB
∎ Design and implement APIs that connect the front-end and back-end of our web applications.
∎ Advise on increasing process maturity, help develop testing standards, automated testing frameworks, best practices, and processes
∎ Write unit tests for both front-end and back-end utilizing Jest, React Testing Library, or other similar JavaScript testing libraries.
∎ Monitor and optimize the performance of our web applications, and debug issues as they arise.
∎ Implement and manage API, Swagger and Postman to ensure our applications are secure and scalable.
∎ Write efficient, scalable, and secure code that follows best practices and industry standards.
∎ Test and debug code to ensure that applications are free of errors and function as intended.
∎ Monitor and optimize the performance of our web applications to ensure that they are fast, reliable, and scalable.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and apply them to improve our applications
∎ Use Azure and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and manage our applications
∎ Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack web development
∎ In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js and front-end languages.
∎ Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
∎ Experience working in MERN stack
∎ Knowledge of Data structure (JS array, object, map, filter)
∎ Understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL databases and their use cases
∎ Strong understanding of API, Swagger and Postman.
∎ Understand react context and redux is a plus
∎ Knowledge of Docket, containerization, Kubernetes, CNCF and microservice are bonus
∎ Extensive knowledge of Azure and CI/CD pipeline is also a plus
∎ A creative problem solver who never stops learning and thrives in working with people and teams
∎ The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to understand and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team with a can-do attitude.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
∎ Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
∎ Experience in mentoring or training team members.
∎ Familiarity with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks.
∎ Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Strong work ethic and analytical skills where you can produce great outcomes in a time-constrained environment.
