Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and create visually engaging graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
∎ Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube.
∎ Perform video editing and motion graphics projects, bringing concepts to life through creative visuals.
∎ Produce promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners that effectively communicate brand messages.
∎ Conduct photo retouching and manipulation, including clipping paths, masking, color correction, and background removal.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm and generate creative content.
∎ Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaigns and strategies.
∎ Stay up-to-date with current design trends, digital marketing best practices, and tools
∎ Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Proficiency in lead generation techniques and SEO best practices.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
