Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Software Engineering or Computer Science
∎ 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a management role.
∎ Strong technical skills in software development, including experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, tools, software architecture, design, and development best practices.
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Experience managing multiple software projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
∎ Experience implementing software development processes and procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to manage multiple software development projects and teams.
∎ A team player with a can-do positive attitude

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the development of multiple software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
∎ Manage and lead software development teams, including hiring, training, mentoring and performance evaluations.
∎ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop software solutions that meet business requirements.
∎ Develop and implement software development processes, methodologies and procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
∎ Manage software project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time. within budget and meet quality standards.
∎ Provide technical leadership to the team, including guidance on software architecture, design, development best practices, testing, and deployment of software applications.
∎ Ensure that the team adheres to coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.
∎ Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering the most critical features and functionality.
∎ Monitor software development metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and ensure that team members have the necessary skills and training to perform their jobs effectively.
∎ Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
∎ Extensive knowledge and experience with software development and design tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, LucidApp, etc.
∎ Proficient in programming languages such as C#, NodeJs
∎ Front-end development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
∎ Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
∎ Knowledge of API design and best practices and experience with API development tools and technologies such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, Swagger and Postman.
∎ Knowledge in unit testing for both front-end and back-end utilizing Jest, React Testing Library, or other similar JavaScript testing libraries.
∎ Knowledge of software quality assurance processes, including testing, code reviews, and quality control measures, and experience implementing them in a team.
∎ Understanding of software security principles, such as secure coding practices and vulnerability management, and experience implementing security measures in a team.
∎ Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and deployment
