Responsibilities & Context:

The Role

You will be responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining automation systems and web-based tools that connect multiple platforms together.

A significant portion of the role involves designing and maintaining n8n workflows, managing API integrations, and ensuring data flows reliably between systems such as CRM platforms, web applications, and internal tools.

You will also contribute to frontend and backend development tasks, including building lightweight web applications, supporting CMS and wiki systems, and developing custom internal tooling.

This is a hands-on builder role requiring strong problem-solving skills and comfort working across automation, application logic, and system integrations.

Important

(1) You will be expected to manage and maintain self-hosted automation systems and related services.

(2) Clean architecture and logical workflow design are critical to prevent fragile or hard-to-maintain systems.

(3) Documentation of automations, integrations, and web systems is required.

(4) You must be comfortable working in evolving environments where APIs, workflows, and internal systems are continuously improving.
