Job Context:
∎ We V-Link Network is a renowned Software Development Firm based in Chittagong. We require 2 highly motivated Flutter Developers to manage various projects for our multiple clients. As most of our clients are from overseas, developers must be fluent both in verbal and written English. We are expecting resumes from quality Flutter Developers. Developers will be respectively categorized into 3 levels based on experiences:
∎ Developers – within 2 to 3 years of experience
∎ Senior Developers – within 3 to 5 Years of experience
∎ Expert/Lead Developers – 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, implement and maintain iOS / Android Apps that will serve millions of monthly users
∎ Implement user stories by creating pixel-perfect UI and consuming REST API
∎ Write high quality and testable Swift / Kotlin code for platform-specific code via MethodChannel
∎ Watch over the performance of the mobile apps to ensure high crash-free user
∎ Setup the monitoring and recovery solutions so that mobile apps stay within parameters to deliver a great experience to the Customers
∎ Work within the Mobile engineering and the whole Software Engineering team, apply code quality practices (code reviews, merging) and contribute to the design and operational practices of the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ experience in Flutter Development with Dart is highly desirable, experience with other cross-platform development tools will be a plus.
∎ Experience in iOS Development with Swift / Android Development with Kotlin is highly desirable.
∎ Understanding of Asynchronous concept in Flutter and how to use it with Async Widgets.
∎ Understanding of creating responsive and adaptive Widgets.
∎ Understanding of Widget optimization and building reusable Widgets.
∎ Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mobile apps architecture.
∎ Fluent in Git.
∎ Understanding of mobile app performance and of how backend and mobile apps need to behave to deliver an integrated excellent Customer experience.
∎ Passion for developing new ideas and approaches, for demonstrable and sustainable continuous improvement.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, experienced with multi-cultural environments.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 90000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: BDT 30,000 to 90’000 (negotiable)
