Job Context:
∎ We V-Link Network is a renowned Software Development Firm based in Chittagong. We require 5 highly motivated NodeJS Developers to manage various projects for our multiple clients. As most of our clients are from overseas, developers must be fluent both in verbal and written English. We are expecting resumes from quality NodeJS Developers. Developers will be respectively categorized into 3 levels based on experiences:
∎ Developers – within 2 to 3 years of experiences
∎ Senior Developers – within 3 to 5 Years of experience
∎ Expert/Lead Developers – 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Back-End Application using NodeJS, SQL or MongoDB
∎ Attending daily standup meeting to manage and understand the business
∎ Working with product owners, API/UI/UX teams, to conceptualize and build applications
∎ Managing repository and CI-CD Pipeline
∎ Suggesting improvements to Application Architecture and design patterns
∎ Maintain and enhance the app security and performance
∎ Supervising Junior Developers on their weakness
∎ Ensure team delivers well-tested codes
∎ Adding new features, enhancements, and bug-fixes
∎ Writing standard comments
∎ Write clean, robust, and readable code
∎ Conduct review and testing
∎ Maintain the deadline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience on NodeJS
∎ Should have experience of working with minimum 3 NodeJS Applications
∎ Experience with Backend Technologies like ExpressJS, API Gateway
∎ Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
∎ Should have knowledge on how to Optimize NodeJS Applications
∎ Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns
∎ Should be capable of working from sketch
∎ Good knowledge in functional programming principles
∎ Knowledge in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap is s plus
∎ Understand ReactJS, Redux and JavaScript is a plus
∎ Familiarity with Azure or AWS will be very useful
∎ Experience in writing comprehensive unit test cases for robustness with proper code coverage
∎ Creative API development skills and excellent code-debugging skills are required
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Passionate about exploring new technologies & upgrading one's skillset
∎ Should be ready to work both remotely (Offshore) and physically (Onshore)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: BDT 50,000 to 100000 (negotiable)
