∎ 4 to 7 years (Fresh graduates from reputed public/private university also encouraged to apply)
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and experiences.
∎ Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
∎ Strong knowledge of the brand and ability to execute tasks effectively.
∎ Skilled in problem handling and resolving issues.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
∎ Ensure proper ordering to maintain optimum inventory levels.
∎ Minimize inventory loss.
∎ Manage outlet costs effectively and within the operational budget.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
∎ Maintain customer service standards and manage feedback effectively.
∎ Implement the advertising and promotion (A&P) plan to achieve targets.
∎ Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Manage all supporting units in the outlet.
∎ Properly manage and control the receiving area and warehouse.
