Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a successful shift by effectively managing all aspects of the operation.
∎ Coordinate with the supervisor or team leader to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
∎ Monitor stock levels and ensure that inventory is sufficient to support operations.
∎ Place orders for products based on daily projections and follow up as needed.
∎ Take initiative to achieve overall sales targets.
∎ Maintain and update all legal documents and files as required.
∎ Build guest loyalty by providing excellent customer service and experiences.
∎ Ensure that all equipment and store facilities are in working condition.
∎ Evaluate team performance in all aspects of the operation.

∎ 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and experiences.
∎ Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
∎ Strong knowledge of the brand and ability to execute tasks effectively.
∎ Skilled in problem handling and resolving issues.
