Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or BSc. in Mechanical / Electrical/EEE from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate and follow up Fire Alarm Detection and Protection systems.
∎ Periodic performance check of the system.
∎ Handling emergency and manage administrative calls.
∎ Obtaining clear and accurate details of incident locations from control panel and mobilizing the correct resources.
∎ Informing the appropriate Officers of incidents requiring their attention.
∎ Updating incident logs with all messages.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining the availability of fire cover across the factory premises.
∎ Undertake regular maintenance work of Fire Detection System and Protection System including Diesel Pump, Electric Pump and Jockey Pump.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with people
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to receive and record data accurately.
∎ Have a good level of verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Show understanding of Fire Safety Policy
∎ Ability to work in rotating shifts, which include nights, Holidays and weekends.
∎ Experience in installing Fire Detection & Protection System will be an added advantage.
∎ Six-month Fire Safety Training from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence authority will be preferred.
