∎ SSC (Vocational) in Diploma
∎ At least Secondary Level or Vocational Graduate
∎ Skills Required: Sweater Factory
∎ Skills Required: Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Finishing), Sweater production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to mix washing chemicals, washing techniques to achieve buyer requirements on hand-feel, softness, the texture of after-washed sweater.
∎ Experienced in Sweater production with large volume for at least 5-6 years.
∎ At least high school graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field
∎ Knowledgeable on how to make packing plans, packing assortment in accordance with P.O. per style.
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to the buyer
∎ Technical know-how on improving quality in the line
∎ Knowledgeable and experience how to handle buyer QCs.
∎ Knowledgeable and technical know how on sweater defects identification.
∎ Technical know-how on setting up sewing machines tension and other technique to improve productivity.
∎ Finished goods and Shipment plan monitoring
∎ Monitoring the total output of the day.
∎ Recommend any improvement as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Production management( Finishing), Sweater production
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer
Salary: Negotiable
