Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform technical operations related to producing knitwear
∎ Coordinate with Factory’s buyer and meet up the requirement
∎ Develop production plans for knitwear products
∎ Conduct quality control tests to ensure fabric quality
∎ Calculate fabric weight and adjust it as per the requirement
∎ Assist in selecting fibers, yarns, and fabrics for the production
∎ Troubleshoot equipment problems
∎ Track manufacturing costs and ensure cost effectiveness
∎ Recommend changes and improvements in production process and product designs
∎ Manage the inventory of knitted goods
∎ Maintain records of production and test results
∎ We are looking for a results-driven, and detail-oriented RMG related Finishing technical person. The right candidate will have an instinctive ability to recognize, retain, and respect the talent within the organization, and help guide local employees to reach their full potential through support and mentorship. This dedicated leader will develop and maintain control of all business operations and will be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. The ideal individual will also be a strategic planner with the essential ability to specify, strategize, and define opportunities. He will be responsible on company’s ongoing project work.
