Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure quality control in all finishing stages, adhering to client specifications.·
∎ Advise on packing methods to protect goods and reduce shipping costs.·
∎ Train and mentor staff on best practices and new techniques.·
∎ Develop strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource use.·
∎ Act as liaison between the finishing department and clients.·
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.·
∎ Contribute to the development of new finishing processes and technologies.·
∎ Experience in working with various garment buyers.
∎ Job Location: Uttara Export Processing Zone (Uttara EPZ), Nilphamari.
