∎ Preparation of purchase orders as per requirements.
∎ To assess market and find out the best sources for each material.
∎ To collect quotations & samples from suppliers and shops.
∎ Rate chart updating & preparation of CS.
∎ Negotiation with the vendors to obtain the best rate & service
∎ Market monitoring & material rate survey are to be done from time to time.
∎ Check the delivery status and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
∎ Prepare the bill & send it to the accounts for approval.
∎ To ensure Vendor payment and manage Vendor relationships.
