Job Responsibilities:
-Lead overall Human Resource, Administration, and Compliance operations in line with BEPZA regulations.
-Maintain employee discipline, welfare, and grievance handling mechanisms.
-Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and manpower planning.
-Oversee factory administration, safety, security, and protocol management.
-Liaise with BEPZA, local authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required.
-Ensure accurate reports, records, and documentation for audits and management review.
-Uphold confidentiality and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, Administration, and Compliance (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
-Experience in BEPZA-based or EPZ/SEZ factories will be given preference.
-Retired officer-level personnel from the Bangladesh Army or Navy are strongly encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
-Age: Below 50 years.
-Must be willing to stay and work full-time in Nilphamari.
-Selected candidate must assume duties immediately upon selection (immediate joining required).
