Job Context:
∎ Garment Division (Jackets and Outerwear)
∎ DEPZ Based Factory - Dong Bang Facilities (BD) Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring finishing completion target for a given order with desired quality.
∎ Monitoring finishing related processes in order to meet on-time shipments
∎ Making sure all employees working in finishing section is skilled and doing their job properly
∎ Giving instructions to finishing department workers how to do the finishing jobs in the correct way.
∎ Awareness of finishing section capacity for the different products in different finishing processes.
∎ Maintaining inventory for consumables in finishing section and required accessories for packing or other activities.
∎ Preparing daily finishing section production reports.
∎ Forecasting finishing section capacity and delivery times in accordance with factory needs. Planning OT hours in advance if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in finishing section on garments factory producing jackets.
