Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Manage all aspects of the finishing process, including final assembly, inspection, quality control, and packaging.
∎ • Develop and implement efficient finishing procedures to optimize production flow and ensure timely delivery.
∎ • Lead a team of finishing personnel, providing them with training, and coaching, and ensuring they adhere to safety protocols.
∎ • Conduct thorough quality inspections to identify and address any defects before products are shipped.
∎ • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of finishing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
∎ • Maintain accurate records and reports related to the finishing process.
∎ • Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and quality control, to ensure seamless product flow.
∎ • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finishing process.
