Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensuring finishing completion target for a given older style with desired quality.
- Monitoring the finishing process to meet on-time shipment.
- Must be aware of the section’s capacity for different products in different processes. (Ironing, visual checking, garment alteration, folding, packing)
- Maintaining inventory for consumables in this finishing section and required accessories for packing and other activities.
- Taking care of workers’ health and safety who are working in the finishing section and maintaining floor discipline.
- Any other assignments at the discretion of Management.
