Job Context:
We are an export/retail/wholesale-oriented manufacturer looking for dynamic and highly professional individuals for the position of "In-charge, Finishing".
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of woven fabrics.
Oversee the finishing department`s operations and maintain accountability for output, standards, and timely delivery.
Supervise the completion of production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
Verify that the final products and raw materials consistently meet client needs.
Ensure safety and quality activities in the workplace.
Control finishing tasks and manage finishing workers.
Provide effective production leadership combined with problem-solving abilities.
Monitor the finishing process to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
Receive accessories from the store for folding and packing activities.
Monitor daily goals.
Perform any responsibilities assigned by the administration.
