Job Context:

We are an export/retail/wholesale-oriented manufacturer looking for dynamic and highly professional individuals for the position of "In-charge, Finishing".

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of woven fabrics.

• Oversee the finishing department`s operations and maintain accountability for output, standards, and timely delivery.

• Supervise the completion of production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Verify that the final products and raw materials consistently meet client needs.

• Ensure safety and quality activities in the workplace.

• Control finishing tasks and manage finishing workers.

• Provide effective production leadership combined with problem-solving abilities.

• Monitor the finishing process to ensure products are delivered on schedule.

• Receive accessories from the store for folding and packing activities.

• Monitor daily goals.

• Perform any responsibilities assigned by the administration.
