∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters in any discipline
∎ The candidate must have Bachelors or Masters in Finance or Accounting from University of Dhaka with CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) degree.

∎ 05 years experience in the relevant field as a Financial Analyst in any Bank/Finance company. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of long term financial planning and Modeling, and its implementation strategy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide analytical support to Management & Board in terms of any financial data
∎ Expertise in Financial Modeling
∎ To prepare various Long Term Financial Planning for the company
∎ Identifying financial risks/crisis issues and develop the way out to overcome those
∎ Guide cost analysis process
∎ Determine cost of operations by collecting operational data
∎ Determine accurate Cost of Fund for the company
∎ Work closely with top management and if necessary with the Board
∎ Develop liabilities and asset products applicable for this institute and market
∎ Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the company
∎ Should have excellent IT skill particularly in MS-Excel & MS-Power Point
