∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Cash Flow Management, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Packaging Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the company’s financial health.
∎ Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
∎ Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
∎ Perform cash flow forecasting and budgeting, Limited Company capital share, profit share, profit utilization & Paid up capital issues.
∎ Create a Resolution for any finance-related decision.
∎ Follow the company's approval policy & disbursements as per instruction from the respective authority.
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of Tax, VAT, Company Law, etc.
∎ Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
∎ Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
∎ Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues to resolve differences.
∎ Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
∎ Collaborate with the senior management team on organizational planning and decision-making.
∎ Control and report on the total import, export, and banking activities of the company
