Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and monitor overall project logistics and support plans and operations including logistics, communications, information technology and procurement.
∎ Assess and organize logistics in terms of transport requirements, receipt, handling, storage and distribution of Learning Centre items and establishes proper warehousing and recording systems including assets.
∎ Responsible for project accounts keeping and store management.
∎ Preserve all accounts and logistic related documents.
∎ Maintain daily accounts and ledger of the project.
∎ Prepare monthly financial and logistic report.
∎ Ensure implementation of VAT and Tax as per NBR policy.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of project store.
∎ Assist PC in project financial management.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of Friendship financial policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Willing to work in remote areas, Proactive, organized, have good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience in Finance, logistics, procurement procedure, must be competent in MS office.

Salary: Negotiable
