Responsibilities & Context:
নতুন এলাকা ও সদস্য জরিপ, সদস্য ভর্তি, সমিতি গঠন ও পরিচালনা করা;
সদস্যদের নিকট দৈনিক সঞ্চয় ও ঋণের কিস্তি আদায়, ঋণ প্রস্তাব গ্রহণ ও ঋণ ফাইল প্রস্তুত করা;
বাৎসরিক লক্ষ্যমাত্র অনুযায়ী অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা;
দৈনিক সমিতি অথবা 90-120 জন সদস্য পরিচালনা করা;
সাপ্তাহিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুতকরণ এবং শাখা ব্যবস্থাপকের নিকট জমাদান করাসংস্থার নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সঞ্চয় ও ঋণ কর্মসূচি মাঠে বাস্তবায়ন করা।
