Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
Verification & posting of Daily Vouchers.Ensuring timely daily reporting.
Communicating with project/site team regarding project cost management & vouchers and/or related documents submission.
Dealing with Tally software & chart of accounts.
Tax and VAT related documents preparation and arrange to submit to authority.
Ensure proper administration/operations of company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receivable management, reconciliation of Cash & Bank, trial balance etc.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements & report as per management requirement.
Basic Administration Works.Any other tasks assigned by the management
