Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Any discipline from any recognized university/ Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with beneficiaries in project activities implementation
∎ Has Knowledge on CFRM
∎ Provide necessary support to the Hygiene promoter to run at least two hygiene sessions daily basis
∎ Monitor & supervise the construction of the relevant WASH activities in the assigned working area
∎ Distribute and follow up the daily work plan of the Project Assistant, Hygiene Promoter and labors
∎ Work with the Project Assistant for finding site/locations for WASH facilities construction with taking GPS and necessary data
∎ Keep the all materials distribution documents, master roll of all constructed WASH facilities
∎ Provide necessary report of every WASH facilities constructed, repaired & maintenance in daily basis
∎ Regular coordination with other team players in project implementation
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on WASH in Humanitarian Sector
∎ Awareness of Camp and host context due to FDMN influx in Cox’s bazar
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
∎ Report preparing
∎ Coordination and communication
∎ Motivation Skills
∎ Community mobilization
∎ Workshop facilitation
∎ Ability to work with team
∎ Organizing and planning
∎ Accountability
