Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, "Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)" or any discipline from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a primary contact person for the project participants and will coordinate their participation in the project, including training modules, follow up, mentoring and community projects identification and implementation.
∎ Responsible to assist in COMs supervisor activity.
∎ Responsible for monitoring the achievement of the results set by the project in his/her area of responsibility.
∎ Ensure data collection, conducting surveys, submitting progress reports.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent in Chittagonian Dialect.
∎ Fluent in English & Bengali (Speaking & writing).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player.
